BLAIR has a diverse background as an athlete and now as a physical therapist. He grew up playing competitive hockey and soccer before joining the Canadian Forces as an Infantryman, serving 9.5 years. However, he always had a passion for Physical Therapy and knew that’s where he would end up. Blair is a graduate of the Western University Master of Physical Therapy program and utilizes a combination of exercise-based therapy alongside Functional Dry-Needling with IMS, joint mobilization, and soft-tissue release to achieve patient-centred goals and restore function
